LIFE IS NOT FAIR

Life is not fair
You hear so many say
I don't understand
Why things happen this way?

Life is not fair
That is so true,
People say hurtful things
And criticize what you do.

Life is not fair
But Jesus is, you see.
He went to the cross
To save you and me.

Life is not fair
But if we walk with Him each day
Love, peace and joy
Will surely come our way!

This is the day the Lord has made
I hope you can rejoice.

Happiness is a choice.

This is the day the Lord has made
Cultivate friendships so sweet.
This is the day the Lord has made
I hope this day will be a treat.

This is the day the Lord has made
It will never again pass this way.
This is the day the Lord has made
So look for unexpected joys today.

This is the day the Lord has made
And with it, some sorrow and strife.
This is the day the Lord has made
God wants to bless your life!

God works through His word
Though His invisible power
God works when we pray
And with Him spend an hour.

God works in overwhelming ways
That will change our mood.
God works in subtle ways
To change our attitude.

God works when we inhale His love
And exhale His goodness, you see.
God works when we breath in His Grace
And breath out His forgiveness to you and me.

God works  in infinite ways
To encourage and to bless
God works In all of these ways
Our praise is His one request!

The heart
Is perfect in you and me
When it is hidden
In Christ Jesus, you see.

When we surrender, our view
By the blood of our Savior
It is made new.

The heart
As we grow each day
Expands in love and mercy
If we follow His way.

The heart
Will break into pieces in each loss
But God has promised to mend it
At the foot oft he cross.
