HOPE IS A GOLDEN CORD
Hope is a golden cord
A bright and shining strand
You know that God is there
And that He holds your hand.
Hope is a golden cord
That binds you to the cross
It will help you in time of stress
And when you suffer loss.
Hope is a golden cord
That threads through life each day
It pulls you up the hills so steep
And guides you along the way.
Hope is a golden cord
Where ere your weary feet may rome
If offers you a world of peace
And lights your way home!
