This is me when I reached my weight loss goal in TOPS
Managing weight is difficult, but there are many
blessings when we do it.
DO NOT RESIST DIFFICILTIES
Do not resist difficulties
That come into your life
You cannot avoid trouble
Or sorrow and strife.
Do not resist difficulties
See them as opportunities to grow
Know I am with you
As through this life you go.
Do not resist difficulties
Stress is a lack of trust
I'm bigger than all your troubles
So do not worry or fuss.
Do not resist difficulties
I can make each a gift, you see.
If you take me by the hand
And come, follow Me!
