EXAMINE YOUR HEART

Examine your heart
For heart trouble you see
It will damage happiness
For you and for me.

Examine your heart
For resentment and blame
Get rid of all bitterness
Your tongue learn to tame.

Examine your heart
When it's difficult to trust again
Remember that you
May harbor the same sin.

Examine your heart
Be forgiving you see
It will revive your soul
And set your spirit free!
