He came to light the world
That was in darkness and sin.
He came to light the world
And the hearts within.
He came to light the world
To make our pathway glow.
He came to light the world
And loves us more than we know.
He came to light the world
Christmas lights bring us cheer.
He came to light the world
And make His message clear.
He came to light the world
But not just a Christmas time.
He came to light the war;d
And make His light forever shine!
