Today's poem was taken from today's "Every Day In His Presence"
"Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low
And the glory of the Lord will be revealed." Isaiah 40:4-5
OVERCOMING MOUNTAINS
Overcoming mountains
You face in life
As you ravel down the road
Facing sorrow and strife.
Walking through the valley
Of shadows of fear and doubt
Please just remember
Don't leave the Savior out.
When mountains are very steep
And you have no strength to climb
Remember God's promises
They are... oh sublime.
Overcoming mountains
With new faith and hope
Knowing that God give you
The resources to cope!
