POWER OF THE WORD
Power of the Word
Is not the paper and ink, you see
It is God's message
To you and to me.
Power of the Word
The stories retold
Of God's people through the ages
It will never grow old.
The power of the Word
Ii's inspired by God
And it is a compass and guide
For the path that we trod.
Power of the Word
Means comfort and peace
And is filled His promise
That our troubles will cease!
