THE CONSEQUENCES
The consequences of sin
Took Jesus to the cross.
He was willing to die
And counted everything as loss.
The consequences of arrogance
Is where this world is today.
They took God out of school
And won't let the children pray.
The consequences of disbelief
Makes lives hard to bear
There is no where to turn
And conflict everywhere.
The consequences hate
Is a high price to pay
For the bitterness and strife
We see in this world today.
The consequences of love
You treat others with care
You have a thankful heart
And see beauty everywhere!
