FORGIVE TO BE FORGIVEN

Forgive to be forgiven
Bitterness shrivels the soul.
Forgive to be forgiven
Whether you're young or old.

Forgive to be forgiven
And set the prisoner free.
Forgive to be forgiven
You'll find the prisoner is thee.

Forgive to be forgiven
Harden not your heart.
Forgive to be forgiven
And love will not depart.

Forgive to be forgive
For Jesus tells us so
Forgive to be forgiven
And in His grace you'll grow!
