The Bible speaks so often of a tree, so that inspired this poem.
A TREE
In a tree, the devil lied.
Because of a tree, Adam died.
Under a tree, Debora judged God's people.
On a limb of a tree Absalom met his equal..
Zacchaeus climid a sycamore tree,
For Jesus, he wanted to see.
Of a tree, a manger was made
On a tree our sins were paid!
