THANKFUL SACRIFICE

Thankful Sacrifice
I have so much, you see
And I am so thankful
Jesus sacrificed His life for me.

Thankful sacrifice
I think of the "widow's mite"
And all the men and women
For freedom and to fight.

Thankful sacrifice
It's no sacrifice to love
And receive so many blessings
For my Father up above.

Thankful sacrifice
I can never sacrifice enough, you see
I owe so very much to Jesus
But His grace has set me free.

Give thanks for everything
Even prickly days in your life
It takes the sting out of adversity
And all your strife.

Give thanks in everything
Even in your sorrow
Remember, I am always with you
Don't worry about today or tomorrow.

Give thanks in everything
Even days when you feel defeat.
Know I have promised
All your needs I'll meet.

Give thanks in everything
In happiness don't forget Me
I want to give you the best
Thankfulness sets you free.

Be thankful in everything
I love a thankful heart
And the light of My Presence
From you shall not depart!

A SPIRIT OF PRAISE

A spirit of praise
I give to Thee
In times of stress
And times of glee.

A spirit of praise
So sincere
I pray all times
It will endure.

A spirit of praise
When things go wrong
And life seems dull
And I'm not strong.

A spirit of praise
I give God control
Of life and heart
And my very soul!
