of the mountain into the Snake River. Water is certainly life. They
say bread is the staff of life, but you can live longer without food
than you can without water.

"The water I give you will become an eternal spring of water
welling up to eternal life." John 4:14

Chains that entangle us
Are the ones, God calls sin.
He sent His Son to die,
To cleanse us within.

The chains that confront us
Are the world's careless way,
That has forgotten God
And lives without Him today.

The chains that transform us
Are the very special kind,
They are chains of unity
Than make Christians  of "one mind."

HOW MANY TIMES?
How many times,
Do you forgive? He asked.
Is it  seven times,
Will that be my task?

The answer came
From Jesus that day,
Seventy times seven
And more on the way.

How many times,
Do you turn the other cheek
And let the other person know
That his forgiveness is complete?

How many times,
Do you walk the extra mile?
As many times as asked,
With a cherry smile.

How many times,
Does God forgive you and me?
As many times...
As we ask, you see!
