TOUCH THE NEEDY

Touch the needy

With God's tender care.

Help them to know

That He was always there.

Touch the needy

We are God's hands you see,

He touches others

Through you and me.

Touch the needy

With food for body and the soul

With shelter from the storms

A place to get out of the cold.

Touch the needy

With words of hope,

It is only then

That they can cope.

Touch the needy

With words of comfort and love

Teach them to see

All of God's blessings from above!

Hope is...
A golden cord
That will connect us
To our Lord.

Hope is...
A voice that says, "on you go!"
While the world to you
Is shouting "no"

Hope is...
An anchor in trials
It will be with you
Over the miles.

Hope is...
A promise from God
That He'll walk with you
Wherever you must trod.

Hope is...
All of theses things
And we wait in faith
For the joy it brings!

I Am always with you
You may not always understand
But My love to you is real
So hold fast to my hand.

I Am always with you
When you're feeling down
Know that I have promised
To always be around.

I Am always with you
When you're filled with fear
Know that I hold you
As someone very dear.

I Am always with you
Even when you do not choose Me
I Am always here to guide you,
Waiting, oh so patiently.

I Am always with you
Though Me you do not see
If you call to Me in prayer

GOD WILL LIGHT THE DARKNESS

God will light the darkness
In this world today
If we will follow Him
And bow our heads and pray.

God will light the darkness
On the path that is so dim
If we want peace and refuge
We must depend on Him.

God will light the darkness
When we feel life is closing in
He will rescue us
From this world filled with sin.

God will light the darkness
Of a mind filled with fear.
He bids us come to Him,
He is always near.

SELY-PITY

Self-pity
A slimy, pit of despair
It is easy to fall-in
But hard to get out of there.

Self-pity
The wall of depression caves in
You'll find it hard to get out
The road leads to a dead-end.

Self-pity
Your hope is my everlasting light
Just keep your focus on me
If you want out of your plight.

Self-pity
You can leave it behind, you see
I can reach you in your pit
And bring you along side of Me

How to rebuild
A relationship gone wrong
Call on the Savior
He can make it strong.

Confidence, that's shaken, you see
You tell it to God
For He believes in thee.

How to rebuild
A life gone to pieces, in despair
Give God the pieces
For Him to repair.

How to rebuild
A nation, going the wrong way,
Flood heaven with prayers
