THE HIGH PLACES IN LIFE
The high places in life,
Are there to give us hope and peace,
To get us through the low ones,
To give us some relief.
The high places in life,
The memories that mount,
And when trouble comes,
We can draw on this account.
The high places in life,
Are there to set the pace,
And to let us know
Of God's love and grace.
The high places in life,
Are a foretaste of what will be,
When we're carried home,
To live eternally!
