JOY IN THE MORNING
Joy in the morning.
Joy at noonday fair.
Joy in the evening,
For you know your Savior's there.
Joy in the morning,
When the day is new.
Joy at sunrise,
With fields drenched with dew.
Joy in the morning,
Free from yesterday's mistakes.
Joy at the dawning,
Just as the day breaks.
Joy in the morning,
Meeting God as you arise.
Knowing that this new day,
Will hold some sweet surprise!
