THE WORLD IS A NEEDY PLACE
The world is a needy place
Don't make it the center of your life.

Filled with dissapoint and strife.
The world is a needy place
No lasting happiness, you see.
The world is a needy place
Learn to depend on Me.
The world is a needy place
The path is a dead-end.
The world is a needy place
But remember I'm your friend.

With darkness everywhere you see.

But My light will shine on thee.
