Today's poem was taken from today's "In Touch"
Sometimes organizers of a protest, flame the anger of the protesters.

ANGER

Anger...
Can hurt your very soul
It can wreck havoc
And keep you from feeling whole.

Anger...
And bitterness will harden the heart
And it will surely keep you
For making a brand new start.

Anger...
Will rob you of all peace
It will take away all thankfulness
And blessings then will cease.

Anger...
Poured out, causes misery untold
And deprives you of good health
And will destroy your own soul!
