Welcome to my Garden:
I found another Psalm among my poems
and thought I would post it today.
Without hope, this world would be unbearable!
O LORD, IN YOU WE HOPE
The perfect beauty of God shines forth,
As He summons the heavens above,
And gathers a people unto Himself
Consecrated in His great love.
The Lord shall be our portion,
If we quietly bear His yoke,
watching, waiting, patiently,
O Lord, in you we hope!

Freda's Garden:
Welcome to my Garden:
O LORD, OUR LORD
O Lord our Lord,
Your name is above all names.
Your glory is above the heavens,
All earth your praise proclaims.
The heavens,
The finger of your work...
You've set it all in place,
The moon, the stars, the earth.
What is man,
That you should care for him?
You have crowned him with honor
Among the heavenly realm.
You have placed man,
Above the birds, flocks and bees.
Made him ruler,
Over the land and the seas.
O Lord, our Lord,
We sing songs, hymns and verse,
About how majestic
Is your name in all the earth.
Taken from Psalm 8

Freda's Garden:
Welcome to my Garden:
I hope as you stroll through my spiritual garden with
me and read the poems taken from the Psalm, that you
will in turn, read the Psalm from which it's taken.
O LORD, MY DELIVERER
O Lord, you delivered me from sin.
I take refuge in Your name.
You hear me when I call.
My I never bring You shame.
You are my rock, my fortress-
My redeemer and my guide.
Tis me, You have forgiven.
Beneath Your wings, I shall abide.
May I turn away from this world
And trust in You, O Lord, above.
You set free my anguished soul,
To rejoice in Your great love.
