It's okay to ask,
When you don't understand

"God, what's your plan?"

It's okay to ask,
When pain fills your day.
It's okay to ask,
"Why, are things this way?"

It's okay to ask,
When  you've lost direction.
It's okay to ask,
When you don't feel God's affection.

It's okay to ask,
When things are not forthright.
It's okay to ask,
When God's not in sight.

It's okay to ask,
But an instant answer may not be.
It's okay to ask,
For God always walks with thee!
