GO GENTLY THROUGH THIS DAY
Go gently through this day
For guidance look to Me
Just follow My light
And I will be with thee.
Go gently through this day
Trust me along the path
For I care for you
On me your anchor cast.
Go gently through this day
Into whatever lies ahead
Hold fast to My hand
There's nothing to fear or dread.
Go gently through this day
There may be obstacles on the way
But just talk to Me
Get on your knees and pray.
Go gently through this day
And when the day is through
You can count on Me
I'll always be with you.
