Sometimes comes our way;
Things we think disastrous,
Turn out to bless our day.

Blessings in disguise,
A disappointment, we think we see,
Often is God's leading,
For He cares for you and me.

Blessings in disguise,
An illness with some pain,
Will help us to slow down a bit
And much wisdom, we shall gain.

Blessings in disguise,
Blunders and delays,
Are just steeping stones
That help us in so many ways!
