ENVYING THE BIRD
Envying the bird
That flies so free.
Envying the bird
That sings to Thee.
Envying the bird
Who has no home.
Envying the bird
That's so free to roam.
Envying the bird
That depends on Thy grace.
Envying the bird
Free from life's race.
Envying the bird
That has no worry or care.
Envying the bird
That has no burden to bear.
I may envy the bird
For all of these things,
But I'm glad to be human
For the Blessings God brings!
