WHAT MATTERS MOST
What matter most,
In your life and mine?
Is it looks or power or,
Is it the almighty dime?
What matters most,
When the day is through?
Is it the people we've met,
And the desire to be true?
What matters most,
When at morning we rise?
Is it a dread for the day,
Or anticipating surprise?
What matters most,
When life is at end,
Did we love the Lord,
And call Him our friend?
