We had no idea what the future held, but we did
know that we could and did face the future together.
WE CAN KNOW THE FUTURE
We can know the future
Even though tomorrow is unseen.
The world is in a mess
And we have many an unfulfilled dream.
We can know the future
Though uncertain may be life.
Today may be filled with trouble,
And a lot of hectic strife
We can know the future
Although we're not promised another day;
We have only this very moment,
So we should make it pay.
We can know the future,
Because God holds it in His hand.
And whatever comes tomorrow,
He will help us understand!
