GRASPING THE CROSS
Grasping the cross
Is not easy to do.
It is hard to comprehend
Christ would die for you.
Grasping the cross,
We cannot love that way,
Jesus died for our sins
On that dreadful day.
Grasping the cross.
With tis pain and its glory
We feel compelled,
To tell love's old, sweet story.
Grasping the cross,
Means knowing one thing,
That Jesus arose
Salvation to bring!
