Freda's Garden:

Welcome to my Garden:
I do hope you are reading the Psalm from which
each of these poems have been taken.

UNLESS GOD BUILDS THE HOUSE

Unless God builds the house
Our labor is in vain.
We toil and toil without success,
If we do not build in His name.

We rise early and stay late,
In vain, we build with sticks and stones,
Then when finished it's a house;
It is not a home.

It takes God and His love,
To make us each, His own,
To give us laughter and give us cheer,
And to make a house a home.
Taken from Psalm 127
