Gossip can cause a lot of damage and just as dandelions
can cause a garden to look ratty, gossip can wilt a
spiritual garden!
DANDELIONS
Dandelions... weeds or flowers?
Perhaps it matters not to you.
Gardeners think of then as weeds,
Flowers are children's view.
They love the sunny color,
Of the dandelion's yellow flower.
They love to blow the ripened head
And watch it by the hour.
As I watch the fluffy heads,
Fall apart and fly away,
It reminds me of gossip,
As they blow about each day.
Caught upon the wind,
Like dandelion's heads have flown,
Never to be retrieved,
By loose tongues they are sown.
