This is Victoria Falls, on the Zambezi River in Africa.
This spectacular picture was taken at night by a missionary
friend. It has a very out of this world quality!
THIS WORLD IS NOT YOUR HOME
Do you sometimes feel out of place,
That this world is not your home,
You do not fit in...
No matter where you roam?
Do you find that worldly people
March to a different tune, it seems
That you are out of step,
With worldly thoughts and dreams?
Do you find that Christians are not favored
And are even ridiculed,
For the fact that they believe
In keeping the golden rule?
When Christians make mistakes,
They're held up for the world to see
And are mocked and accused..
Of such hypocrisy.
You must remember:
Christ did not fit in the world He lived in
And He was even hated,
Because he renounced sin.
Christ gave this warning,
If you take up your cross you see,
This world will surely hate you,
Just as they hate me.
